Terms & Conditions
Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Homeowner Now Pty Ltd ("Homeowner Now," "we," "our," or "us") through www.homeownernow.com.au and our related services. We specialise in helping Australians with investment property solutions.
Homeowner Now operates strictly as a referral and marketing partner. We are not licensed to provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Any referrals made to third-party professionals—including but not limited to licensed financial planners, mortgage brokers, and legal advisors—are provided for your convenience only.
We may receive referral fees, commissions, or other forms of compensation for introducing clients to builders, developers, finance professionals, or other service providers as part of our project marketing and partnership agreements. These referral relationships help support our platform and allow us to provide access to exclusive opportunities at no direct cost to the client.
While we may introduce or connect you with third-party professionals, we do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any advice, products, or services provided by these referral partners. We act solely as a marketing and referral platform and do not participate in or influence the advice or services delivered by any external providers.
We strongly recommend that you conduct your own due diligence before engaging with any referral partner or making any financial decisions. This includes seeking independent financial, legal, or tax advice suited to your personal circumstances. Homeowner Now does not accept any liability for outcomes resulting from the use of third-party services or recommendations provided through our network.
The information provided on this platform, including all listings, reports, analyses, communications, and materials shared by Homeowner Now (or any associated brand or representative), is for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
We are not licensed financial advisors, mortgage brokers, or tax professionals. Nothing on this platform should be interpreted as a recommendation to invest in any property or strategy.
All property opportunities presented through our platform are sourced through our acquisitions team and shared with our community based on direct relationships with builders, developers, and partners. While we aim to provide high-quality and exclusive investment opportunities, you are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before making any financial decisions.
We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified financial advisor, accountant, mortgage broker, or legal professional who can provide advice tailored to your individual circumstances. Any decision to invest based on materials provided by Homeowner Now is made at your own risk.
By accessing and using our portal, you acknowledge and agree that Homeowner Now shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising directly or indirectly from your investment decisions.

In these Terms, “Services” refers to our homeownership readiness assessment and facilitation services. “Client” or “you” refers to any individual using our Services. “Property Professional” includes real estate agents, mortgage brokers, financial advisors, and other relevant professionals. “Assessment” means our evaluation of your homeownership readiness. “Personal Information” has the meaning given in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Our Services
We provide homeownership readiness assessments, financial capability evaluations, property market guidance, connections to finance and property professionals, educational resources about homeownership, and ongoing support throughout the home buying journey.
However, we do not provide financial advice as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), act as a credit provider under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009, guarantee loan approvals or property purchases, act as licensed real estate agents, or provide legal advice or conveyancing services.
Client Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and current financial and personal information, update us if your circumstances change, and respond to reasonable requests for additional information. You also agree to engage in our assessment process, attend scheduled consultations, and follow through with any next steps required to pursue homeownership, including cooperating with any property or finance professionals we connect you with.
Assessment Process
As part of our process, we will review your financial situation, assess your readiness for homeownership, and offer guidance on next steps. We may also monitor your progress and update recommendations over time based on updated information or changes to your goals.
Professional Connections
We may refer you to a variety of professionals such as mortgage brokers, real estate agents, builders, financial advisors, and developers. We may receive compensation for these referrals, and we maintain commercial relationships with many of these providers.
However, we do not guarantee the performance or reliability of any third-party professional, and we are not responsible for the outcome of any services they deliver. We encourage you to seek your own legal advice before proceeding with any referrals.
Fees and Charges
Service fees, including assessments and connection services, may apply and will be quoted in advance. These fees include GST. Any costs associated with property purchases, third-party professional services, insurance, and government charges are separate and your responsibility.
Privacy and Data
We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles, the Spam Act 2003, the Do Not Call Register Act 2006, and other applicable data protection laws. We may share your information with professionals in our network, financial institutions, government agencies, and credit reporting bodies as part of delivering our services.
Compliance with Laws
Our operations comply with relevant Australian legislation, including the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009, the Australian Consumer Law, and the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006. We also maintain required licenses, insurance, and internal procedures to ensure compliance and service quality.
Disclaimers and Limitations
We do not guarantee investment outcomes, property appreciation, lending approvals, or specific market conditions. Your individual circumstances play a significant role in all outcomes. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including your right to statutory guarantees and legal remedies.
Termination
We may terminate your access to our services if you provide false information, fail to meet engagement requirements, do not pay required fees, or if laws or regulations require us to do so. Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain payable and relevant referral or data-sharing activities may continue in accordance with our policies.
Disputes and Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us in writing. We aim to respond within 30 days and will review your concerns internally. If unresolved, you may escalate your complaint to consumer protection agencies or relevant ombudsman services depending on the nature of the issue.
